We want you to be aware of everything

If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, full refund will be issued.
If cancelled 59 to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the booking will be charged.
If cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival, the whole amount of the booking will be charged.

You must present your ID or passport (driver’s licence or any other piece of identification will not be accepted).
Spanish hospitality law (Royal Decree 933/2021) requires all guests, including children, to be registered with the Ministry of the Interior.
Refusal to present a valid document will result in a denied check-in.

Parties are not allowed.
Our facilities are only open to registered guests.
If the room keys are lost, a fee of €50 per key will be charged.
Smoking in the rooms is not allowed, subject to a €200 cleaning fee. Smoking tobacco is only permitted on room terraces.
The smoking and consumption of cannabis and other controlled substances is prohibited throughout the premises. If this policy is breached, we reserve the right to charge the guest for the costs of additional cleaning, odour removal, damage remediation, or loss of income resulting from the breach. A charge of €200 will apply where such costs are incurred.
Electronic cigarettes and vaping products are permitted in all outdoor areas.

Pets can stay for €10 per night per pet (with the maximum of €30 per stay for one pet and the maximum of €50 per stay for two pets).
Maximum 2 pets per room.
