Cancellation policy
- If cancelled more than 29 days before arrival, full refund will be issued
- If cancelled 15 to 28 days before arrival, 50% of the booking will be charged
- If cancelled 14 or fewer days before arrival, the whole amount of the booking will be charged
Check-in rules
- You must present your ID or passport (driver’s licence or any other piece of identification will not be accepted)
- Spanish hospitality law requires all guests over 14 years of age to be registered with the local police (Guardia Civil)
Extras
Baby and cot
- Baby (up to 3 years old) can stay for 10 EUR per night. The fee applies with or without the cot
- Limited to one baby/cot per room. Provision of the cot is subject to availability
Pets
- Pets can stay for 10 EUR per night per pet (with the maximum of 40 EUR per stay)
- Maximum 2 pets per room
