Cancellation policy
- If cancelled more than 60 days before arrival, full refund will be issued
- If cancelled 59 to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the booking will be charged
- If cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival, the whole amount of the booking will be charged
Check-in rules
- You must present your ID or passport (driver’s licence or any other piece of identification will not be accepted)
- Spanish hospitality law requires all guests, including children, to be registered with the Ministry of the Interior
- Refusal to present a valid document will result in a denied check-in
House rules
- Parties are not allowed
- Our facilities are only open to registered guests
- If the room keys are lost, a fee of 50 EUR per key will be charged
Extras
Baby cot
- A cot is available on request for 10 EUR per night
- Limited to one baby/cot per room
- Provision of the cot is subject to availability
Pets
- Pets can stay for 10 EUR per night per pet (with the maximum of 30 EUR per stay for one pet and the maximum of 50 EUR per stay for two pets)
- Maximum 2 pets per room
